Manage Multiple Adwords Accounts

We are a US Digital Agency and we need to outsource our Adwords Management. This is a test project with 15-25 more Adwords accounts to quickly follow. This first project will be to analyze an Adwords Account and provide a full page of recommendations to improve the account.
