Mailchimp expert/website review to improve conversion rate

We are a SaaS provider trying to expand our client base. I'd like an assessment of our Mailchimp campaign and website, as well as advice on how we can convert more leads to clients.

Must have good knowledge on the Australian Education Sector, be an Australian resident who has gone though an Australian school(preferably independent as this is my target market). Ideally located in Brisbane but i will consider all applicants from across Australia.
