Looking for Google Ad Expert

We are building a mobile dog grooming company in the San Francisco Bay Area call Groombuggy.
We are looking for someone who can help us build, implement, and execute paid ads for our business using AdWords and paid ads in our Google My Business / Google Maps listings.
The campaigns will be pretty straightforward based on a relatively narrow set of search terms (e.g. "dog groomers near me").
However we would like someone who has strong familiarity with running similar campaigns for similar local services businesses (e.g. carpet cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.).
We are growing quickly and this will be a long term project for the right person.
