Looking for Google Adwords Expert To Set Up Tracking

I am looking for someone who is experienced and is an expert in Google Adwords Tracking. As we are running two PPC campaigns tonight, we are looking for someone who can start immediately after hire.

The person must do the following:
- Set Up Conversion Goals via Google Tag (not via Google Analytics)
- Set Up Remarketing Lists
- Install codes into our WordPress site
- Test to see if it's triggered successfully
- Make sure all the necessary codes are on the site from Gtag to GA
