Looking for a Google Ads coach to teach me to optimize my existing ad campaigns.

I have an existing set of 3 Google Ads campaigns running for the past 2 months-
-Broad match campaign
-Exact match campaign
-Display remarketing campaign

Of late, the number and quality of leads have dropped.

The requirement is to go through the campaigns over a call and provide a report of optimizations required for the same which I will submit to the decision makers before going ahead with the changes

Im looking for weekly sessions wherein I can connect with the coach and review the performance of the campaign. The implementation will be done by me on the call.
