I need an Adwords specialist to help generate leads for my local ecommerce site selling physical products.

Key Requirements:
- Create targeted Adwords campaigns
- Focus on lead generation
- Optimize for local reach and national reach
- Optimise for Niche to be at top for certain time per day
- willing to taske risk and be a partner - basically show me you can generate the leads for 1 month at start then I start to pay ( I pay for media spend of course )
