Lead Generation Expert - Google + FB/Insta

We're an HVAC business looking for a skilled advertising specialist to manage and optimize our Google Performance Max and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns. Proven experience delivering results in the construction/B2C industry is a must.

Responsibilities:

Set up, manage and optimize ad campaigns (Pmax + FB/Insta)
Provide expert guidance on ad copy and creative
Make strategic recommendations to improve ROI
Bonus: Provide ad copy writing or design services

Proven track record of success for HVAC businesses
Expertise in Google Performance Max and Facebook/Instagram Ads
Strong analytical and optimization skills

We're offering a 3-month trial with potential for long-term work. Experience with funnels and other marketing techniques is a plus.
