Klaviyo Email, Facebook & Instagram Ad Manager

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can improve our Klaviyo Email Conversions through flows and campaigns, as well as Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
Ad Frequency:
- Daily: I want the ads to be run on a daily basis
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Klaviyo Email marketing platform and integration with Google/Meta ads
- Proven results of improving email flows and campaign conversions
- Proficiency in managing Meta advertising campaigns and using Madgicx
- Knowledge of optimizing ad performance and targeting strategies
- Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals
- Familiarity with analyzing campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Experience with working with kids e-commerce brands
