We are urgently seeking a Google Ad Manager to fix existing account issues for our company. The ideal candidate will be able to get into an existing account that has been turned off for some time, and is riddled with URL errors. The candidate must be available to work today to address the concerns immediately.

Responsibilities:
Access and troubleshoot the existing Google Ads account.
Identify and address URL errors and any other issues causing the account to be turned off.
Create and execute effective ad campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives.
Optimize ad campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Google Ad Manager.
Experience fixing Google Ads accounts with URL errors.
Knowledge of Google Ads best practices and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work today and complete the task within the given timeframe.
Fluency in English is a must.
