Responsibilities:

• Run and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to maximize call volume.
• Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance to ensure consistent results.
• Provide proof of past success in generating inbound calls.
• Ensure calls meet industry standards and result in high conversion rates.
• Adjust strategies based on market trends and campaign performance.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successfully generating inbound calls in the health insurance, auto insurance, or home services industries.
