Implement Google dynamic remarketing with GTM tags in real estate website (Google tag manager and Google Adwords)

Im looking for someone experienced in Google Tag Manager to setup Dynamic remarketing through Google Tag manager (The dynamic remarketing campaigns will show up in adwords display network). I have a real estate website and I need to finish this setup (we have already have the 70% of the setup in place), I think this work can be done in less than 4-5 hours.
