FB,INSTA,Google adwords,youtube,analytics- Setup accounts,conversion pixel,retargeting pixel and ads setup accordingly

We are a small but competative organisation and we have an educational website where we sell courses.Currently we have not launched our course so we have not started with revenue generation.
Here we are looking for someone can not only setup our incomplete Ad Account( we have done some setup,dont know right or wrong) but also create and run ad campaign,setup conversion pixels including those for remarketing and follow up for one week.In short we want you to bring us in position where we are ready to go.This requirement is for FB+INSTA and google ads.
Following are our requirements
1.setup ad account (META+google)
2.Create and test conversion pixel
3.Create and test Remarketing pixel(we need different retargeting ads for different audience like - A.only who visited our website B. Those who signed up C.Those who watched Free trail videos D.Those who added to cart E.Those who Filled details but didnt proceed F.Failed Transaction
4.Keyword research
5.Testing all of the above if its working before and after a certain time gap.
6.Analytical Ad report

After one week we can continue our collaboration if things go smooth.Since we are a new and small organisation we dont have a huge budget but yes we certainly would like to build a long term relation where we both can work and progress together.

Duration of work is one week but if setup,pixel integration and ad setup takes longer then it needs to be adjusted accordingly.
