Help with Google Ads Setup

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me restore my suspended Google Ads account. The primary issue with my account is suspension due to circumvention, and the initial reason for suspension was a billing issue where they could not verify my card. I have attempted to contact Google Ads support for resolution, but have not had any success.
