Help me setting up Google Ads campaign

Dear freelancers,
First of all i would like to thank you in advance. I myself a Google ads professional. I had setup a Google Ad campaign for real fantasy and casino ad campaign for my direct client using cloaking it initially ran perfectly for almost 15 days and after its stopped running without any suspension then i setup 2nd campaign with different domain using cloaking again and it also ran perfectly for 10 to 11 days and stopped running. I feel Google busted my cloaked pages. After this incident i setup almost 20 ad campaign all with different URL and i also changed my MAC ID and Internet addresses and also used different payment method but Google always immediately suspended my campaign. I am frustrated with this. I feel As everything is done by same location just by tricking Google and Google tracked something unique and that's why it's happening again and again. If anyone can help me setting up campaign using their payment method and their laptop and IP addresses i will pay every month fix salary and also daily budget to the person.
