Help me set up my google Ads account for my youtube channel

I want to run youtube ads for my channel. So I've created a google ads account but i'm receiving a message" Your account is suspended. We've detected suspicious payments in your account". I need someone who can help me resolve this issue and get my google ads account up and running asap.
