Google search ads and Display ads setup with TAG manager and analytics setup and remarketing setup

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me set up Google search ads and display ads. My main goal is to increase website traffic. I would like my ads to be displayed on both Google Search and the Google Display Network. I already have a list of specific keywords that I want to target.
