Google Ad copies creation

I need a freelancer who can do the below tasks.

1. Create Google Search Ad campaign (Education organization-url will be shared once selected) - Clearly Google Ad copies creation- NOT SETUP.
- Two Ad groups
- Minimum of 5 keywords per ad group
- at least 2 text ads per ad group
- with one of them a responsive text ad(minimum 5 headlines and 3 descriptions)
- Metrics for measurement.

Note: Create the above campaign in google sheets or ad template
