Google adwords and improve business presentataion online

Existing adwords account with google for 10 years - I have have a few users via freelancer manage google ads for me but needed to change
I am looking for a modern and current approach with a proven record to assist here
the aim is to create online presence and drive people in to the business
I do not sell product on google but would look at it under advisement
