Google adword account suspended for Circumventing systems policy

Help to unsuspended my google adwords account. I had a "diet online" website ads running for a friend and this ad account was suspended. Also me as an ad account Owner that run multiple ads of my own was suspended also. Please help.

It just says that the account is suspended due to circumventing system policy.
