Google ads shopping showing as Organic instead of cpc on analytics -- 3

Our google ads is not autotagging a GLID to the links, and it is not showing the transaction conversion from our Analytics. Explanation here: https://youtu.be/4gG0fggj8LQ we've set up analytics correctly, set up google ads correctly, so not sure why
