Google AD Words PPC

I need to do a PPC campaign for a client. I need to learn how to do this. I want to be trained on how to do this particular campaign. Please be patient with me, I am an IT guy that knows marketing, and understands what PPC is, I just need someone to guide me to create a campaign, the inside, and outs of Google Ads, help me manage it, create month;y budgets, and help me set up my own campaigns for my clients.

My client has existing articles on the web from other websites (they wrote about them), and I want them to pull up first. They are all over the web. "I do not have a website." They are articles that were written about my client from other websites. Out of the many articles that come up from their name, I want certain articles to come up first.
