Google AD Words PPC

I need to do a PPC campaign for a client. I need to learn how to do this. Please be patient with me, I am an IT guy that knows marketing, and understands what PPC is, I just need someone to guide me to create a campaign, the inside, and outs of Google Ads, help me manage it, create month;y budgets, and help me set up my own campaigns for my clients.
