Google Shopping / Adwords Specialist

We have an existing Google Shopping campaign, and a few Performance Max campaigns. We're looking for a Google Shopping / Adwords specialist that can

a) Fix an issue. Our clicks on our Shopping campaign dropped from 900 per day to near 0 in the past two days - so this first needs fixing.
b) Help me increase sales for my business.

Existing Adwords Account:
- I currently have an existing Adwords account that needs managing.

Advertising Budget:
- We usually spend circa 200$ per day

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in increasing sales through Google Shopping and Adwords campaigns.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Adwords accounts.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
