Google Shopping Ads Audit and Improvements for 18 products

We have 18 products for sale on Google Ads in Australia. We plan on adding 6 more and hopefully a lot more in the future. But we need to first improve the ads we currently have.
We just started a google ads campaign and instead of us doing this ourselves, we prefer to have an expert who can help us with the setup and configuration of the ads. For example. All of our ads are relate to Aloe Vera, such as aloe vera juice and aloe vera gel. but when we look at the ads on Google. they are not optimised as they should be. The smallest size product should display first, not the largest size and it would be better to optimise each product as seperate products. Aloe Vera Juice is not the same as Aloe Vera gel.
