Google PPC

I am looking to hire someone to assist me with Google PPC. I have a landing page ready to use, and I have an existing AdWords account set up which requires the expertise of a consultant to manage my campaigns. Ideally, I need someone who has extensive experience in designing, developing and managing new campaigns for Google PPC, to ensure maximum success in optimizing the campaigns for performance. Additionally, I would appreciate someone with excellent problem-solving skills, and an ability to adjust campaigns as needed.
