Google Conversion Issue Investigation

Hello,

I have an issue with Google conversions. The conversions show they are working when tested. However, actual conversions are not showing in Campaigns under "Conversions."

I know I am getting conversions, but they are somehow not recording. I'm looking for someone to fix this.
