Google Adwords Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a Google Adwords CERTIFIED professional.

I have a Google Adwords account all set up, with ads already running. I need you to re-optimize it.

The ideal candidate for this job should have:
- I WILL CREATE THE AD COPY with your advice.
- A GOOGLE ADWORDS CERTIFICATION.
- I WILL RUN MY OWN CAMPAINS AFTER YOU RE-OPTIMIZE MY GOOD ADS ACCOUT
- Optimize campaigns for different target audiences

- This job requires excellent English. Willing to answer LOTS of questions from me - probably daily, as we will be working together on this.

This is a one-time gig. I will not need you running my campaigns for me every month. I just need you to re-optimize it once.
