Google Adwords Setup

I'm seeking a skilled Google AdWords specialist to help me create 5 targeted campaigns. The campaigns should be created as standard so I can adjust CPC per keyword. I do not want Performance Max campaigns. The campaigns should be designed to target a limited area and demographics. Follow on work for Social Media platforms may be available if the adwords setup goes smoothly.
