Google Adwords Review and Strategic Suggestions

Looking for someone who can sit down with me and discuss our current AdWords campaign. I have created and implemented an AdWords campaign that is not seeing the results we desire or creating conversions.

I am looking for a senior AdWords expert with great verbal communication skills to sit down for 2hours and run me through optimization of my current campaign.

Part of the review required is:
Suggesting Keywords
Review display campaigns
Reviewing search campaigns
Review landing pages to create better conversions.

I understand the fundamentalists of AdWords, however I don’t have the expertise to understand the correct keywords I need to target to get my intended traffic. I would give you review privileges prior to the meeting so you can gain insight into its performance for yourself.
