Google Adwords to Promote Micro-medical Consultation Service in Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We are looking for a native Chinese-speaker who is experienced with the markets of Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong to assist us in the promotion of our micro-medical consultation service using Google Adwords. We are open to trying other avenues if Adwords are deemed to not be as viable for each of these markets.
