Google Adwords PPC Audit

Looking for a PPC Google Ads Expert who can audit current campaign(s) and advise me on how to improve the performance of the campaign and results from the campaign.

This campaign(s) are geared towards generating calls for Hospice Care in Southern California.

At the moment we are generating calls and have generated clients successfully, but we would like increase the number of legit calls and decrease the number of irrelevant calls while improving CPA.

Ideally audit should provide us insight on improvements we can make and things that are we doing incorrectly based off expert's experience with Google. Overall we are looking for an Adwords Expert who can tell us about our mistakes.

Audit should examine our competitors as well and advice us on what we're missing out on that they are not.

We are not new to the world of digital advertising, but haven't ran Google Adwords for a few years, so would really like to get the thoughts of someone who is up to date on Google Adwords best practices.
