Google Adwords Expert - Performance Max - Campaign Check Setup Troubleshoot

Hi there
This is a simple project for a Google adwords expert. I have been running performance max camping for a client and for some reason over the past week or so we are not getting leads/conversions but before the week we were getting lots of conversions and form submits
My client has contacted me and wants an update but I am unsure what the issue is so I need an expert to troubleshoot the account, which has four campaigns running and advise what the issue is
I did change the landing page URL but the landing page design is the same as the old one so not sure if this maybe an issue but surely I should get some leads byut we are not getting any.
So I am looking for someone to check the adwords account and advise and fix the issue asap so I can report back to my client by Monday this week
