Google Adwords Assistance - Possibly Ongoing

I am looking for a Google Adwords expert who can provide me with consultation and guidance on improving my conversion rate. My current monthly Adwords budget is over $1000 and I am looking for someone who has experience in optimizing campaigns with a similar budget.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Google Adwords and optimizing campaigns
- Knowledge of how to improve conversion rates
- Ability to provide consultation and guidance on Adwords strategy
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate campaign suggestions and changes
- Familiarity with budget optimization and management techniques

This project has the potential to be ongoing if the freelancer is able to provide valuable insights and improvements to my Adwords campaign.

We have been running adwords campaigns to attract businesses within Australia to our business with mixed success. At this point we have adwords running and a fair amount of visitors however very little conversion so we are looking for a partner that can:

* Analyse our existing adwords campaigns and provide a plan
* Correct any issues that is causing a high bounce rate / low conversion
* Increase conversion with genuine leads

Initially a video meeting will be expected to explain and walk through the overall campaign and our objectives.
