Google Adwords Account

Hi, I need a whizz to do research for the mid to low competitive and higher search best keywords, setup campaigns (text and display), banners etc (a complete setup for my website. The freelancer need to create banners too (multiple sizes) for the site.

NOTE: the ads, campaigns, keywords, landing pages needs to be given in a csv (google ads windows editor format). All the artwork needs to be in a separate folder. You wont be getting direct access to the adwords account.
