Google Adwords

I am planning to launch a Google Adwords campaign with the goal of increasing sales. The campaign is targeting a national audience, and I have specific keywords already in mind to target. I am looking for someone experienced in Google Adwords to help me create and manage the campaign; optimizing it for the maximum return on investment. The list of keywords is ready and all other necessary information, such as budget, target audience, etc. is also available. It would be great if the freelancer can provide some guidance and advice as necessary.
