Google Adwords

Would like to make a google ad for my restaurant that is on the island. Want to attract more tourists to come eat there. Would use keywords like: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, healthy, allergy friendly, natural, etc. I would like to run the ad for optimization first a few days and then post it and watch it do it’s job.
