Google Adword superstar expert needed - Review our Google Ad + set up new add

We have a single google add that is performing well on a limited number of keywords in a narrow geographical area.

We need someone to come and recommend what we need to do to make our google marketing strategy work. You are the expert - you tell us what we need to do -but thinking:

TASK 1:
- review our 1 add
- review our analytics
- review competitors google ads and see how we beat them!
- optimise add and based on the data
- recommend changes (we want high quality leads)
- review all setting and show us how to blast our competitors out of the water.

TASK 2:

- Set up new add for different product
- propose add text
- optimise / review
- set up limited key words (we will provide) / geographic area
- launch add
