Google Adsense Campaign Set-up & Monthly Report

I want to promote a web page

All Part of the Project should be completed in 1 Day :

1. The Vendor, should set up Google Ad Campaign for me, so that I can set-up PPC ad payment.
2. The Vendor should be able to do this set-up with 2 level of access (Admin & Digital Marketer).
3. Able to set up the Google Adsense Dashboard.
4. Provide me with a basic PPC strategy which will lead to increase Button Click on website.
