Google Ads fine tuning project

I've been advertising on google ads every day since about 2016. I get pretty good results but would like to hire someone to take things to the next level, plus fix some of the issues I've been having (google phone support is currently closed due to covid so I can't get any assistance there)

To give you an idea of what I'm after - Some of the items requiring action are -

Setting up/and or fixing certain aspects of conversion tracking
Setting up analytics 4
improving and fixing any issues with the current ads
ideally setting up retargeting/audiences and other google ads facilities outside of my experience
Generally improving/fine tuning my google ads campaigns for better performance.
