Google Ads compagin for get booking

I am looking for someone to create a Google Ads campaign that focuses on remarketing. I don't have an existing structure for the campaign but I am open to new ideas. I would like to run an advertising campaign in order to get more airport transfers pickup and dropoff bookings. My goal for this is to boost conversions and sales for these airport transfers. The Google Ads campaign should be optimized in order to bring more and better quality traffic to my website and deliver leads to me. The campaign should have the necessary tracking and reporting in order to measure the effectiveness. Through this, I would be able to make adjustments to the campaign accordingly.
