Google Ads Specialist (per campaign & per month) basis

Looking for a Google Ads Specialist (3+ years) experienced with eCommerce & service marketplaces.
Must know how to run targeted search/display campaigns for course sales, product deals, and service bookings.
Familiarity with conversion tracking in WooCommerce using GTM is mandatory.
Must be able to manage budget and optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, and ROAS.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience with Google Ads
- Ability to create effective ad campaigns
- Understanding of different ad types (Search, Display, Video)
- Knowledge of strategies for lead generation, brand awareness and direct sales
- Experience with both new setup and existing ads

Please note, I need costing per campaign management on per month basis.
