Google Ads Sales Campaign Setup

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help set up a campaign aimed at increasing sales for my physical products. My site is earphoneguy.com. The account is setup and functioning. I just need someone to setup or guide through setting up. The last person I hired wanted Admin access to billing and full financial. There is no need for that.

I just want to run an ad so my products are displayed as in the attached image. This is a quick job. The budget for this task is $10-$30. If I feel I get a good price and I work well with the person, I will consider additional ad work in the future.

Strong English is a plus as well as being able to explain in layman's terms.
