Google Ads & PPC Audit/Setup

Hi, I am needing some guidance in setting conversions and google tags for our ads that lead to a WIX site. I am looking for someone who can guide ME in what to do, not someone who will do it for me. I would like to be shown what to do via Zoom. I imagine this would take just an hour or two.
At the moment I am having trouble getting triggers to fire and I feel that I must have set things up incorrectly. I would like to set up multiple ad campaigns, and make sure these are recording data correctly. We also were using Google smart ads and need to move away from this - this may be another reason I am having trouble.
