Google Ads Optimization & Creation

I have two Google Ads campaigns currently running and want to ensure they're setup properly for maximum conversion. Particularly, I'd like the following parameters reviewed:

- Target audience
- Keywords
- Ad copy
- Overall settings & errors (like broken links)

Secondly, I'm looking to create two new Google Ads campaign. These campaigns are to be targeted by location and should be strictly Search Ads in nature.
