Google Ads MMC Freelancer Manager

I am facing an issue on my MMC Account. The client wants to put his card on the account for the ads and invoicing. I created his account, ads etc. Changed the Organisation's name and address. But that changed all my accounts to that and now I cant change back. How Can I revert back to mine and how Can i add his card details to his account without it affecting my other ones
