Google Ads Help

Need immediate help with my Google Ads account. We do a lot of marketing for the back to school season. Our previous year's accounts are tied up and our account running now is stuck in simple mode, it seems like it isn't working well. We have detailed ads already built with keywords and other things from previous years. I don't have time to figure it all out so I need some help please.

I'm attaching the ads (I downloaded them). I'll get keywords and our current ad.
