Google Ads and/or Facebook Expert for Advertising - New Aged Care Nursing Recruitment Website in Victoria (Australia)

I'm looking for someone to:
1. Analyse keyword opportunities and help determine the best strategy
2. Run the Google and/or Facebook Ads campaigns for our client
They are new to nursing recruitment in Victoria, Australia.
There is quite strong competition.
I'm thinking a combined strategy of some Search Ads and Display Ads for Google, as well as Facebook Ads.
There will be an initial setup quote to help us determine a suitable strategy for their budget, and then a monthly maintenance amount.
