Google Ads Expert for Psychology Clinic

I have a relatively new Psychology Clinic and I would like some help setting up Google Ads properly. Ideally I am looking for someone with knowledge in the medical/health field of Google Advertising. It would be great if you could talk me through the process as well so that I can monitor my ad campaign and adjust it going forward.
