I run an agency here in Australia and I am looking for a person with proven experience creating ads for services based ecommerce businesses.

I want to create ads that have the correct site tags set up to fully track conversions. I need to be able to track the target CPA very closely so I know when an ad is working or not, I need you to:

1) Research industry
2) Set up conversion tracking
3) Set up ad creative and keywords
4) Measure and improve ad
