Google Ads Campaign for Business Product

I'm looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help me promote a specific product/service to business professionals.

I need somebody to revamp my Google Ads for my website MyBrandmark.com The task includes:
1. Review existing ad words performance and come up with suggestions.
2. Review Google Recommendations and implement them while consulting with me on their meaning and importance.
3. Implement ROAS strategy
4. Setup all AI options suitable for me and offered by Google
5. Develop new ads with graphics
6. Implement Enhanced conversions (tags etc)
7. Fix existing Google analytics to show old and new
8. Monitor and improve account for 2 more months after initial Set up to bring account in a good working conditions.
